Our Locations
ISR St. Louis is committed to serving the grater St. Louis area with high-quality, easily accessible survival swim lessons. Our instructors teach at several convenient locations throughout the region. Most of our locations are indoors and available year-round!
Christie teaches several sessions annually with Cali Self-Rescue in Orange County, CA. For more information on lessons in Orange County & LA, please reach out to our Cali scheduler.
For information on lessons at CAST Watersafety Foundation in the greater Chicago area, please visit their website. Christie is a CAST affiliate and teaches as a guest at their facility on occasion.

Survival swim lessons are held in the slide catch of the indoor, heated (86 degrees) leisure pool. Locker rooms with changing stations & showers are located adjacent to the pool area. Access to the facility for lessons only is granted for non-members. Memberships and day passes are available at the front desk for an additional fee.

Lessons at this location are held in the indoor aquatic facility located down the stairs/elevator from the lobby. The heated pool features adjacent locker rooms for changing and showering. Non-members are welcome for lessons - no recreational swimming. Membership information is available at the front desk.

Our lessons held at this location are located in the Friendship Village retirement center's indoor, heated pool. Locker rooms with changing areas & showers are available in the pool area. There is no lifeguard on duty at this facility and no recreational swimming is allowed outside lessons.

We are excited to offer an indoor, heated location for our St. Charles families at the Great American Divers pool facility. Please note, this is not the retail location. No recreational swimming is allowed outside lessons. Changing rooms and restroom facilities are available in the pool area.
